Horizon Lighthouse Solutions LLC provides a variety of interior design services as outlined on our website, including but not limited to residential design, commercial space design, lighting consultation, and renovation. The scope of services for each project will be defined in a formal agreement between the client and Horizon Lighthouse Solutions LLC. Any additional services requested beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges, which will be discussed and approved by both parties prior to commencement.
We aim to deliver designs tailored to your preferences and requirements. To achieve this, we rely on clear communication and collaboration. The client is expected to provide accurate information, including project goals, preferences, budget constraints, and deadlines. Delays or miscommunication caused by incomplete or incorrect information may impact the project timeline and cost.
Design concepts will be shared at various stages for approval. Clients are required to provide timely feedback to ensure the project progresses smoothly. Revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope of work may result in additional fees, which will be communicated beforehand.
Fees for our services will be outlined in a formal agreement or proposal prior to the start of the project. Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule, which typically includes an upfront deposit, milestone payments, and a final payment upon project completion.
The deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your spot in our project schedule and covers preliminary work. In cases of project cancellation by the client, any work completed will be billed, and remaining funds, if applicable, will be refunded at our discretion. Refunds are not available for completed or approved services.
Clients are responsible for any costs incurred for third-party services, materials, or permits required for the project. Such expenses will be communicated clearly before procurement.
We strive to adhere to agreed timelines; however, unforeseen circumstances such as supplier delays, client revisions, or external factors may impact the schedule. Horizon Lighthouse Solutions LLC will not be held liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.
Clients must ensure timely access to the project site for surveys, installations, and other activities. Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling and additional fees.
All designs, concepts, drawings, and materials created by Horizon Lighthouse Solutions LLC are the intellectual property of the company. Upon project completion and full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the designs for personal or business purposes within the project space.
Clients may not reproduce, modify, or share these designs for use in other projects or spaces without prior written consent from Horizon Lighthouse Solutions LLC. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property will result in legal action.
Horizon Lighthouse Solutions LLC may recommend or engage third-party vendors, contractors, or suppliers for specific aspects of your project. While we strive to recommend reputable professionals, we are not liable for the performance, quality, or timelines of third-party services. Any contracts or agreements with third-party vendors are the client’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Materials, furnishings, or products recommended or sourced by us are subject to availability. Substitutions may occur if the original item is unavailable. Clients will be informed of any changes and must approve substitutions before procurement.
During project execution, clients must ensure that the project site is safe and accessible for our team and any third-party contractors. Any delays or disruptions caused by unsafe conditions or lack of access may result in rescheduling and additional fees.
Clients are responsible for securing personal belongings and valuables during project work. Horizon Lighthouse Solutions LLC is not liable for damage to or loss of items left in the project area.
Horizon Lighthouse Solutions LLC guarantees the quality of our design services and strives for excellence in every project. However, we do not provide warranties for third-party products, materials, or workmanship. Any defects or issues with third-party items should be addressed with the respective vendor or contractor.
We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or modifications to the space after project completion. Clients agree to indemnify Horizon Lighthouse Solutions LLC against claims, damages, or liabilities arising from unauthorized alterations or use of the space.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal and project-related information. Horizon Lighthouse Solutions LLC will not disclose confidential details to third parties without your consent, except when required by law.
Clients are prohibited from sharing our proprietary designs, proposals, or trade secrets with competitors or third parties without written authorization.
Clients may cancel a project at any stage by providing written notice. Cancellation fees will apply based on the stage of project completion, as outlined in the service agreement. Horizon Lighthouse Solutions LLC reserves the right to retain deposits and bill for completed work.
Horizon Lighthouse Solutions LLC may terminate the agreement if the client violates these terms, fails to make payments, or engages in conduct that disrupts the project. In such cases, the client will be billed for completed work, and remaining funds will be handled in accordance with the service agreement.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Horizon Lighthouse Solutions LLC operates. In the event of disputes, both parties agree to resolve matters amicably through mediation or negotiation before pursuing legal action.
Horizon Lighthouse Solutions LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
